Naturally rich in polyphenols, particularly hydroxytyrosol, our olive oil is the result of the olive trees' remarkable survival instinct in the harsh desert environment. The extreme temperatures, rocky soil, and lack of water cause the trees to produce a high quantity of antioxidants, resulting in an extraordinary hydroxytyrosol value in the oil.

Our sustainable approach to olive oil production starts with the land. We have carefully selected the right cultivars, Dahbia (Moroccan) and Arbequina (Spanish), and grown them in the unspoiled environment of the ElBorouj region in Morocco. The mechanical processes, including first cold pressing, ensure the production of our ultra-premium organic EVOO, "Desert Miracle."

With 200 hectares of olive groves, we have created job opportunities in the region while preserving the local culture and land.
